A live cohort for developers who can build anything and have never sold anything.

The eight weeks
Month one is your buyer, your offer, and a page collecting emails. Month two is traffic, leads, and closing. Nothing gets built until someone has said they would pay for it.
Pick your path
Consulting, products, or SaaS, chosen against your skills, savings, and hours. You leave with one, declared. Homework only: claim handles and domain, build nothing.
Know your buyer
The avatar, written from evidence instead of imagination: who they are, what they already pay for, what they complain about, where they spend their time. Job posts, forums, communities, competing offers, and the words they use themselves.
Shape the offer
Who, outcome, price, in one sentence. Tested on real people until it stops needing an explanation.
Get the page up
Landing page live this week, one action on it, emails coming in. Built in an evening because the offer copy already exists. Still nothing built beyond the page.
Pick your channel, start selling
One channel, chosen against what you already have: outreach, content, ads, partnerships, communities. The first asks go out this week.
Leads at volume
The channel gets hammered: ads, organic, funnels, outreach, whatever you picked. A weekly floor you actually hit, and a pipeline that is a spreadsheet with real numbers in it.
Close
Calls, objections, follow-ups, and the ask for money. Proposals, checkout links, deposits, invoices, whatever your path uses to get paid. First money lands here for most of the room.
Prove it wasn't luck
Do it again: second sale, price raised, one thing systematized so it repeats without you. Post-mortem, 90-day momentum plan, and numbers published, wins and zeros.
three paths, three speeds
Consulting cashes fastest: first invoices land inside the eight weeks. Digital products sell small at the end and compound after. SaaS leaves with a validated offer, a waitlist, and design partners who have committed, and the build starts once those are real. All three leave with a live offer, a real pipeline, and published numbers.

The next cohort is not open yet
I run this live and small, and only when there are enough of the right people to fill a room properly. It is not open right now. Join the waitlist and you will be first to hear when the next one opens, with first pick of the seats.
